TOURS OPEN APRIL 2023 

TICKETS: $6 per person | Ages 2 and under free


TOURS ARE HELD ON MONDAYS & TUESDAYS. YOU MUST BOOK AN APPOINTMENT PRIOR TO VISIT AND RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF TOUR TIME.

Guided tours typically take 1 hour. 

A make and take activity can be customized for your visit for an additional fee. 


Make and Take Activities 

  • Potting Demo with Farmer Jill - Each student will transplant their own baby heirloom tomato plant into a container to take back home to raise. $5 per student
  • Bouquets with Farmer Jill - Each student will watch Farmer Jill create a bouquet with flowers grown at Whitton Farms. Students will get to pick their own flowers from the floral buffet to make their own fresh floral bouquet. $10 per student
  • Garden Wands - Farmer Jill will read the story, The Magic Garden Wand to students. Students will then create their own Magic Garden Wand with materials provided (paint, ribbon, glue and sticks) $5 per student
  • Nature on Canvas - Students will go on a nature walk with Farmer Jill, and collect leaves, petals, grass etc to use to make their very own picture to enjoy at home. $7 per student
  • Bookshelf Terrarium - Students will watch Farmer Jill demonstrate how to make a terrarium, and then lead them on how to make their very own to take home at enjoy! Complete with tiny gnomes! $7 per student


Farm life is a special way of life! Our hope is you can walk away with an enriching and educational experience at Whitton Farms!  We welcome you to picnic in the pecan grove, and we have ample parking. 

No pets allowed. Service animals welcome. Please let us know if you are bringing a service animal. We have our own crew of critters!

Please note you must book an appointment for a guided tour. We have many duties to accomplish daily, and if you  travel to the farm expecting a tour without an appointment, sadly, it will not be possible.
