What is a CSA? CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. It's an 8 week produce and/or floral subscription service many small scale specialty crop farmers offer. The customer pre-pays for their 8 week subscription, and pick up their sack of goods (CSA) at a designated time, and location.
CSAs are perfect for people who enjoy cooking, juicing, pickling, canning, and trying new foods, as you are not able to choose what goes into your sack. It's a grab bag of the best locally grown food we harvest from our farm.
At Whitton Farms, we harvest your food and flowers within 24 hrs of you receiving it. We also grow heirloom varieties of produce and flowers that cannot be found in your big name grocery stores. The flavor and shelf life of products from our farm, or any local specialty crop farm, is truly remarkable! Get ready to cook, juice, jam, pickle, or store your goodies for the winter months.
Your CSA sack will be full week after week!

We understand spring and summer months often mean vacation time. As long as we receive an email or text about your trip, prior to pick up, we're happy to extend your CSA a week. Although we do not customize CSA sacks for participants, we understand some of you may have a food allergy, and in those cases we will swap an item out at your discretion.
Please note, if you're a no call, no show for your CSA sack, we will donate it to someone in need.
